Welcome to Mulholland Heights Homeowner’s Association located at the west end of the San Fernando Valley and foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains. Mulholland Heights is a Homeowner’s Association with one hundred and sixty eight homes established in 1988. This community enjoys an extraordinary quality of life provided by its many amenities such as their own private park, access to three trails and entry points that span from Topanga Canyon to Malibu. The Henry Ridge Trail intersects the Summit to Summit trail, one of the most beautiful walking/biking trails with breathless views of the Pacific Ocean on one side to the ever expansive San Fernando Valley on the other.

The community boasts an active cross section of homeowners who love their neighborhood. It is not uncommon to see many homeowners walking daily, often with their dogs, enjoying the outdoors or park. Children take pleasure in the play area which offers a climbing activity gym with slides, separate swings, and see saws for fun and recreation. It’s not unusual to see a number of families enjoying lunch at our picnic tables. The park also offers a half basketball court and of course, what would a park be without the baseball backstop and field? We even have, affectionately called, “lovers lane” for its beautiful vistas of the mountains, trees and relaxing atmosphere.

Mulholland Heights is close to excellent shopping near by with Gelson’s grocery, Chase banking, relaxing skin rejuvenation and massage spa, ice cream, hair salon and dry cleaners. And, if that’s not enough, Mulholland Heights is mere minutes from the renowned “Calabasas Commons” developed by the legendary developer, Caruso which is never disappointing with its ambiance of water features of turtles, Koi and whimsical iron statues for the children to play in and plenty of fine dinning as well as family friendly restaurants, Barnes and Noble, The Edwards Theater and so much more…..

Lastly, Mulholland Heights is centrally located and within walking distance to three outstanding and distinguished Las Virgenes Schools District schools, Calabasas High School, A. E. Stelle Middle School and Chaparral Elementary School. The private school, Viewpoint is just minutes away as is the private all girls’ Catholic High School, Louisville.

Mulholland Heights is a Homeowner’s Association that is proud of its community.
